A complete POS system can be complex, we have broken down some of the basics setup that we recommend all merchants to complete and test before launching the POS. 


  • Store
    • Setup and Validate Store information
    • Setup Store hours
    • Setup table layout (restaurant)
    • Add store logo
  • Menu/Product
    • Setup categories and sub categories 
    • Add menu/product items and prices
    • Setup modifiers
    • Add menu images
    • Setup taxes
    • Printers are all routed correctly for each menu item
  • Devices
    • Printers are working properly and setup properly in back office
    • Restaurants can print two copies of receipt with Tip input field printed for merchant copy
    • Cash Drawers are working properly
    • Payment devices are connected and able to capture payment with proper setup
    • Internet is fast and stable
  • Users
    • All staff has their own login code
    • Roles are properly named and assigned
    • All staff information is up to date
  • Payment
    • Payments can be captured correctly
    • Know how to process payment
    • Know how to do a refund
    • Know how to do tip adjustment 
    • Know how to submit batch by EOD
