Firstly, let's rule out if it's a hardware issue or a settings issue:
- Go to Device Manager - Ensure HID Compliant touchscreen is recognized and enabled.
- Go to Windows Settings - System - About, check for Pen and Touch and see touchscreen is recognized
- Go to Display Settings - Enable 'Duplicate Displays" or "Show only on 1" to ensure touchscreens are working properly.
- If all validated, then it would be a calibration settings issa ue than hardware issue. You may follow below article to recalibrate for extended display: https://help.volcora.com/support/solutions/articles/73000640145-extended-display-touchscreen-configuration
If you would like to reinstall driver or enable/disable touch screen, please follow the below instructions:
- Type and search [Device Manager] in the Windows search bar, then click [Open].
- Check the arrow next to [Human Interface Devices], then right-click [HID-compliant touch screen] and select [Enable or Disable device]. If you don't see the touth devices listed, it means touch screen is not detected, this may be due to cable loosen or system error
- If you would like to Update the touchscreen driver. Right-click the [HID-compliant touch screen], then select [Update driver].
- Please restart the device then test the touchscreen function again.
- If none of above works, please try resetting the terminal to factory reset : https://help.volcora.com/en/support/solutions/articles/73000657340-factory-reset-windows-11-using-local-reinstall
- Contact support if the problem persists.
