This is a known issue with early batches of POS Pro terminals. The root cause is due to power button wiring that causes terminal to short circuit. If you encounter this issue, you may choose to disassemble the base, and adjust the power button screws to mitigate the issue. Alternative, please contact our support team at support@volcora.com for the option to free replace or repair.
