Changing Device lD:
1. Open the Registry Editor: Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard, type 'regedit', and then press the Enter key.
2. Navigate to the Device lD Path：HKEY_LOCAL _MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ SQMClient
