Q: What should I do if scanning the QR code cannot add the sensor or gateway?

A:

  1. The device may still be bound from factory testing and not properly unbound. Please follow the factory reset steps in Q1.
  2. If the device still cannot be added after the factory reset, there is a possibility that the label or QR code was attached incorrectly. In this case, you can manually add the device by searching for nearby devices.
