Q: What should I do if scanning the QR code cannot add the sensor or gateway?
A:
- The device may still be bound from factory testing and not properly unbound. Please follow the factory reset steps in Q1.
- If the device still cannot be added after the factory reset, there is a possibility that the label or QR code was attached incorrectly. In this case, you can manually add the device by searching for nearby devices.
