How to perform the upgrade
- Plug printer to Windows PC using USB
- Download Testing Tool from download page at volcora.com/support
- Download below upgrade file: https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/volcora-products.appspot.com/o/V-WRP-A1%20%7C%20V-WLRP-A1%20Series%20Printer%2FWLRP5-Square-USB%26WIFI_Update.bin?alt=media&token=0bbe0867-a34f-4e66-bc4f-75b37b88e1b5
- Open Testing Tool
- Click Selftest to ensure printer is properly connected
- Click "Firmware Upgrade"
- Select the downloaded bin file
- Wait for the upgrade to be completed. You should hear several "beep" and will print a new Self Test Print receipt
- If you did not hear above, the upgrade was not successful and retry again.
