Note: If you are attempting to connect the printer via LAN/Ethernet Cable, the printer needs to be connected to the router instead of the computer.
- Insert the power cable into the thermal printer.
- Connect the printer to your internet router via Ethernet cable.
- Place a thermal paper roll into the printer, and turn on it.
- Default IP address for the printer is 192.168.1.114, make sure it is the same subnet as your network(192.168.1.XXX)
- If yes, proceed with inputing the IP to the compatible POS software
- If not, please make changes to the IP address of the printer. You may download the IP EasyConfig for Android or SimpleNetwork IP Config for Windows to make changes to the IP address.
