How to factory reset?

This article guides through the steps needed to reset printer via USB or physical reset for V-WRP2 & V-WLRP5 Models.

1. Using a Windows 10/11 PC, download Driver and Testing Tool from volcora.com/support (Make sure to select the correct model, NOT the 50020X Model)
2. Plug in the printer to the power outlet, connect to the PC via USB
3. Install the driver (select POS-80C)
4. Once driver is installed, open Testing Tool 
5. Follow the commands and steps as illustrated below

Alternatively, you may also reset the printer by performing below: 

1. Turn off printer
2. Press 'Feed' button while turning on the printer
3. Keep pressing Feed button for at least 30 seconds
4. Release Feed button
5. Self Test will be printer and DHCP enabled (IP Address automatically assigned if connected to router) 
6. Reset complete.
