If you are experiencing the issue that paper is being printed, but no text is showing, please make sure the Thermal Side of the receipt paper is positioned correctly. If in doubt, try flipping the paper roll and print again.
If issue still exisits, make sure you are using the correct Thermal Receipt Paper instead of regualar rolled paper. Also make sure your software company is sending ESC/POS to the printer.
