            How to physically reset to factory default?

            1. Turn off printer
            2. Press 'Feed' button while turning on the printer
            3. Keep pressing Feed button for at least 30 seconds (both paper and error light will be flashing)
            4. Release Feed button
            5. Reset complete - verify by doing a selftest
