How to perform a factory reset?

Option A:

  1. Go to settings on your terminal.

  2. Scroll down and tap on Backup & Reset.

  3. On the screen, choose factory data reset. It will erase all data on your terminal.

  4. Confirm and your terminal will start hard reset.


Option B:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select System
  3. Select Reset options
  4. Select Factory Data Reset or Erase all data
  5. Select Reset 
  6. Tap Erase all data
  7. Your terminal will restart after the reset is complete
