Option A:
Go to settings on your terminal.
Scroll down and tap on Backup & Reset.
On the screen, choose factory data reset. It will erase all data on your terminal.
Confirm and your terminal will start hard reset.
Option B:
- Open Settings
- Select System
- Select Reset options
- Select Factory Data Reset or Erase all data
- Select Reset
- Tap Erase all data
- Your terminal will restart after the reset is complete
