Via USB:
If you purchased a Volcora printer, you may plug it in via USB to the Android Terminal. Navigate to 'Hardware Settings' and turn on USB printer. Log off and restart may be required. Note this method currently does not support Cash Drawer Auto Open.
Via LAN:
Select “Settings”, “Printer Configuration”
Click “Receipt Printers then select “+Receipt Printer”
Type in the IP address from the ticket and press “Update” (You would need to make sure IP of the Printer is in the same network as your terminal. Run a DHCP cycle for the printer to get the correct IP, refer to this link for how to run DHCP: https://help.volcora.com/support/solutions/articles/73000608691-dhcp-operation-process)
Finally, navigate to front of the house -> Hardware Settings -> Receipt Printers -> Check if printer is online and select the printer, a check mark should appear. Turn off USB if needed. Restart may be required.
