How to force auto open cash drawer on paper cut?

This article guides through the steps needed to enable force drawer open via USB printing for V-WRP2 & V-WLRP5 Models.

1. Using a Windows 10/11 PC, download Driver and Testing Tool from volcora.com/support (Make sure to select the correct model, NOT the 50020X Model)
2. Plug in the printer to the power outlet, connect to the PC via USB
3. Install the driver (select POS-80C)
4. Once driver is installed, open Testing Tool 
5. Follow the commands and steps as illustrated below
