How to kick open cash drawer via USB Driver printing on Windows

This is for printing using Windows driver via system's printing function.

1. Ensure the cable is plugged into the correct port on the receipt printer.
2. Ensure that the other end of the cable is plugged directly into the cash drawer.
3. Go to Download Center to download Printer Driver and Testing tool .
4. Once downloaded and installed, turn on your printer to ensure printer is connected and recognized.
5. From the Windows search menu, search for Printers & scanners (or Devices & printers depending on the version of Windows).
6. Click on your receipt printer in the list of printers (POS-80C) and click Manage.
7. Click on Printer preferences.
8. Click on Print Settings.
9. You should see Basic Settings section and click on the dropdown list for CashDrawer.
10. Select "Open Drawer Before Printing" or "Open Drawer After Printing" depending on your preference.
11. Press Apply and OK to save the settings.
